1. Orders & Payment

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Delivery Area
- We currently deliver only within Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
- A delivery fee of CAD $20 applies per order unless otherwise stated at checkout.
3. Delivery
- Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted if the customer changes their mind or made an ordering error. In such cases, the full package must be returned to our business address.
- The customer is fully responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.
- Returned items must be received in their original condition and packaging.
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 3- 5 business days to the original payment method.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to the customer.
