Sales Policy

We currently sell and deliver only within Mississauga.

Once the customer completes the purchase and payment process, the order will be packed and delivered in a package, bag, or envelope. The delivery fee is $20 per package.

Returns Policy

If the customer wishes to return one or more items due to a personal reason or customer error, the full package must be returned to the company address.

The customer is fully responsible for arranging and requesting the delivery company or delivery vehicle for the return process. We do not arrange or request delivery services on behalf of the customer.Return

The customer is also responsible for all return delivery costs.

After receiving the returned package 

 Receive a refund within 3-5 business days.  

If the mistake was made by our company, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to the customer.
